SSC CPO Selection Process in Hindi & English 2022

There are total 04 Stages of this Exam. The final merit list is prepared Paper 1, PET/PST, Paper 2, and Medical Examination and all the stages are qualifying in nature. Based on the performance in the paper-1, candidates will be shortlisted for the PET/PST physical standard test. The number of papers and examination mode is mention in the table below.

SSC CPO CAPF Stage-I Syllabus 2022

In Stage-1 examination there is single paper having 04 parts. The syllabus for Paper-1 Part-A, Part-B, Part-C, Part-D is given below.

This part include questions of both verbal and non- verbal type. This component may include questions on:

Paper-1 Part-B General Awareness Syllabus

The Part-B General Awareness questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society.The questions will also be designed to test knowledge of the following topics:

current events and of such matters of every day observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Scientific Research etc.

समसामयिक घटनाओं और उनके वैज्ञानिक पहलू में प्रति दिन की समसामयिक घटनाओं के अवलोकन और अनुभव से सम्बंधित ऐसे प्रश्न होंगे जिनकी किसी भी शिक्षित व्यक्ति से उम्मीद की जा सकती है। परीक्षा में भारत और उसके पड़ोसी देशों से संबंधित प्रश्न भी शामिल होंगे, इनमे विशेष रूप से संबंधित प्रश्न निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों से होंगे – इतिहास, संस्कृति, भूगोल, आर्थिक दृश्य, सामान्य राजनीति, भारतीय संविधान, वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान आदि।

The questions will be designed to test the ability of appropriate use of numbers and number sense of the candidate. The scope of the test will be Computation of whole numbers, Decimals, Fractions and Relationships between numbers, Percentage, Ratio and Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest, Profit & Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Allegation, Time and distance, Time & work, Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra and Elementary surds, Graphs of Linear Equations, Triangle and its various kinds of centers, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Circle and its chords, Tangents, Angles subtended by chords of a circle, Common tangents to two or more circles, Triangle , Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons, Circle, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with Triangular or Square base, Trigonometric ratio, Degree and Radian Measures, Standard Identities, Complementary Angles, Heights and Distances, Histogram, Frequency Polygon, Bar diagram & Pie chart.

Paper-1 Part-D English Comprehension Syllabus

• 1.6 किमी 6.5 मिनट मे / 1.6 km in 6.5 minutes.
• लंबी कूद : 3.65 मी तीन बार मे / Long Jump: 3.65 m in 3 chances
• ऊंची कूद : 1.2 मी तीन बार मे / High Jump: 1.2 m in 3 chances
• शोर्ट पुट (16lbs) 4.5 मी तीन बार मे / Short Put (16lbs): 4.5 m in 3 chances

महिला परिक्षार्थियो हेतु / For Female Candidates:

• सौ मीटर दौड़ 18 सेकेंड मे /100 mts. In 18 seconds.
• 0.8 किमी 4 मिनट मे / 0.8 km in 4 minutes.
• लंबी कूद : 2.7 मी तीन बार मे / Long Jump: 2.7 m in 3 chances
• ऊंची कूद : 0.9 मी तीन बार मे / High Jump: 0.9 m in 3 chances

Stage-III SSC CPO CAPF Paper-2 Syllabus 2022

Only those candidates, qualified in PET/PST and found medically fit will be allowed to appear in Paper-II.

• The third Stage of the SSC CPO choice is the paper 2 written assessment.Applicants who pass the initial two stages are qualified to turn up for the second paper. The test comprises of two hours with 0.25 imprints negative stamping for some unacceptable responses.
• The SSC CPO Paper 2 test is led to test the competitors’ comprehension and information on the English Language.
• There will be 200 questions and each question carries 1 marks.
• Paper-2 comprises of Multiple Choice Questions.

Stage-IV CPO Medical Examination 2022

There will be a medical examination to test the candidates medical fitness.The candidate who qualifies previous three phases will be called for this test.
